The challenge

No customer journey map was created, and information was scattered across multiple sources. It is necessary to assess the existing customer journey, particularly the product’s deployment process and identify potential enhancements.

What we did

Designed a comprehensive user journey map for the product's deployment experience, integrating it seamlessly into a collaborative end-to-end customer journey map to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Research

Reviewed available documentation, conducted interviews, and went for on-site visits to gain comprehensive insights into product functionality and current deployment process.

Setting the format

Following discussions with multiple business units, the stages of the end-to-end customer journey were defined. Subsequently, the customer journey map was implemented in Miro due to its user-friendly white-boarding interface and seamless adoption across the organisation.

Reviews, feedback & iterations

Multiple rounds of reviews and iterations were conducted after initial version was sent out, fostering alignment and encouraging meaningful inquiry and conversations among all stakeholders.

Final version

After numerous iterations, unanimous satisfaction was achieved with this final version of the deployment journey map. Please note that a link to the actual journey map cannot be provided due to the presence of sensitive data.
