The challenge
Despite receiving user feedback from various digital and verbal sources, the lack of recording and tracking these insights hindered the visibility and identification of potential product improvements.
What we did
Established and developed a user insights repository to collect feedback from various channels, equipped with categorisation, filtering, and data visualisation capabilities to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and pain points associated with using the product.
Research
Engaged in a series of interviews with various business units that interact with customers, aiming to gain insights into the nature of feedback received and identifying the channels where it is captured or potentially missed.
After exploring various options, platform of choice was Airtable as it offers the necessary features and integrations to effectively accommodate the type of feedback required by the organisation.
