The Challenge

Sembcorp had multiple apps for customers of different businesses such as power and solar. During a request to create an app for the waste business, it seemed like there may be a more efficient and productive way of spending time, money and resources.

What We Did

After a few workshops to define what Sembcorp customers need, the idea of creating the One Customer Experience, where all Sembcorp customers would only require one app to access their needs, was born.


User personas, their needs and possible functionalities were gathered.
